Prop 215, now Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5 and SB 420, now Health and Safety Code section 11362.7, outline the types of conditions that allow a medical marijuana recommendation.

These include:
AIDS, Glaucoma, Cancer, Crones, IBS, Migraines, or any other condition that the patient and physician believe that medical marijuana would be of benefit.
